No. LifestylePicks is an independent, unbiased real estate advertising and search Web site. All of our funding comes from outside the real estate industry. We do not hold a brokerage license, nor do we get involved in the home transaction. How can I post my listings on LifestylePicks.com?
You need to signup as agent before you can submit listings to LifestylePicks.
After you have successfully created your free agent account you may proceed to login page, input your username and password. Below is the sample menus for you to control after you have successfully logon.

Currently LifestylePicks only accepts active Real Estate Listings in the Philippines.
Listing brokers and agents may submit your own listings. However, you may not submit listings belonging to another agent or broker, except in the case of a managing broker who opts to submit their listings on behalf of an entire office or company.
I found an error in a listing. What can I do?
The best way to report a listing error to LifestylePicks, best way is to use our feedback form. Report listing error link on our property details page and tell us about the problem. We will then investigate the error and, if you provide us with your email address, we'll respond to you as soon as we can.
Please note however that the listing information on LifestylePicks is provided to us by brokers, agents, and web site vendors, and in many cases listing errors originate with these sources. You may try to refresh the listing page or by pressing F5 on your keyboard, to see if the error will be corrected. If you find the same error with the source, it is best to contact the listing agent or broker directly to request that the error be corrected.
Where do the listings on LifestylePicks.com come from?
Since LifestylePicks operate under a free-to-join, free-to-leave policy, our listings are provided by a listing broker or agent, their vendor.
Once you log into your My LifestylePicks account, you can click on the 'My Profile link located in the upper right corner of any LifestylePicks web page to access your profile. To access your saved homes, searches you may click "My Searches".
You may save any listing search you perform on the LifestylePicks main search results page by selecting "Save this search" when new listings match this search'. This search will be saved to the ‘My Searches' section of your LifestylePicks account, where you can manage the searches.
You can sign up here or when you search for properties on LifestylePicks and click on the Add to Favorities" button, you'll be prompted to sign up. Please note that we have two types of membership. An Agent or Broker account and Shopper. For agent or broker you may use choose Agent Signup.
Yes, and we encourage you to add your photo because the system randomly pick for featured agent or broker on every loaded page. This will help you bring more traffic to your Ad listings. Adding your photo will be available your agent/broker control panel upon login. Just click "Edit Images" to update your photo.
We offer the opportunity to get your listings featured in the top on every page through our Featured Listings programs. This is a great way to increase your prominence on LifestylePicks, as well as the volume of traffic you want pointed to your listings. Featured Listings have helped double and even triple traffic to your Ad pages! Please contact us if you're interested.
LifestylePicks system will pick randomly active agents or brokers and display as Featured Realtor. This feature is a bonus to all active agent members.
The system will automatically add your contact information in every listing you submitted. You can find your contact information at the bottom of your listing.
